American superstar Shaggy will be back in Uganda for the fourth time to perform at the Club Megafest dubbed Four-in-One slated for September 20 at Namboole Stadium.

The same show is to feature iconic Jamaican dancehall star Patra, South Africa’s Mafikizolo and Nigerian reggae artist Burna Boy; plus a host of Uganda’s music stars.

While Shaggy and South African duo Mafikizolo have performed in the country before, Patra, 41, famous in the 1990s for her hit Queen Of The Pack, is a reggae goddess who will definitely be a target for the older dancehall generation of fans.

She recently revealed in one of the interviews that she had matured lyrically from her 1990s raw rapping style, but what will be expected is a performance of her old self.

Nigerian star Burna Boy, 23, has songs like Like To Party and Yawa Dey quite hitting on Ugandan music circles.

Club Pilsner brand manager Samuel Hooper said the show, in partnership with Vision Group, will be a whole day affair starting from 12:00pm to midnight. There will be several other performances from actors, comedians, gymnasts and others on the same stage.

“We have ensured all music fans are catered for by bringing in singers of different generations. It is only a continuation of the work that has been going on back-end,” he added.
