1. PRIDE MICROFINANCE LTD (MDI) has allocated funds from its Budget to be used for the acquisition of Head Office Premises.

2. PRIDE MICROFINANCE LTD (MDI) invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the provision of Head Office Premises.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open domestic bidding procedures contained in the Government of Uganda’s Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets Act, 2003, and is open to all bidders from eligible source countries.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information from PRIDE MICROFINANCE LTD and inspect the bidding documents at the address given below in 7(a) from 9:00 a.m to 4:00pm during working days.

5. A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below at 7(b) and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX 300,000 (Three hundred thousand only). The method of payment will be cash to the cashier at Entebbe Road Branch who will issue a banking slip. The document will be picked from the Procurement and Disposal Unit on presentation of the banking slip. No liability will be accepted for loss or late delivery of bids.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below in 7(c) at or before 10:00 a.m. on September 28, 2012. Bid security shall not be required. Late bids shall berejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidders’ representatives who choose to attend at the address below in 7(d) on September 28th, 2012 at 10:30 a.m.

8. A pre-bid meeting shall be held on September 7, 2012 in the meeting room on mezzanine floor at Pride branch Entebbe Road at 10.00 a.m.
