I was paid billions for sex - Bad Black

BAD BLACK aka Shanita Namuyimbwa the woman accused embezzling over sh20b from Daveshan Development Limited said she was paid colossal sum of money for sexual intercourse she had with her lover David Greenghalgh, court heard Thursday.

Bad Black told court that she did everything possible to get money from her former lover including having anal sex which she said interested David Greenhagh most.

 She denied stealing the money but emphasized that the money was for sex she had with Greenghalgh.

While giving her defence before Anti- Corruption Court presided over by Justice Catherine Bamugemereire, Bad Black said David Greenghalgh opened for her an account in Barclays Banks purposely because she offered him sex.

 When asked by state attorney  Paul Lakidi, she , failed to explained  how over sh20b went missing from the company account  though she admitted that she was a signatory to the company’s  account where she owned 25% of the shares and used to withdraw  money from the account.

Court heard that Bad Back and Greenhalgh met at Rock Garden Bar where she was a sex worker and eventually they became lover. She told court that she is a senior two dropout who resorted to prostitution after her father refused to pay her fees.

Bad Black testified that David Greenhalgh would give her drinks which made her dizzy then     thereafter he abused her sexually on several occasions. She said, she was lured by David Greenghalgh to undergo breasts and buttocks surgery which was done in Dubai.

She said their relationship became sour after David Greenhalgh accused her of cheating on him with Meddie Ssentogo. Ssentogo is accused of conspiring with Bad Black to defraud the company.

Prosecution led by Paul Lakidi alleges that in September 2010, Greenhalgh jointly formed a company with Bad Black.

The company which was registered as Daveshan Development Limited, sought to deal in land purchase and property management.Greenhalgh, who is a manager in Air Services in the UK, had75% shares, while Bad Black had 25% the two, opened an account in Barclays Bank Garden City to operate the business. According to prosecution, Bad Black did not contribute any money towards the opening the business.
