BID INVITATION NOTICE FOR FINANCIAL YEAR 2011/2012

Kabale Municipal Council intends to shortlist providers for the following works for the financial year 2011/2012 and invites interested fi rms to apply for the following Works

i. Drainage construction behind Agaba service station

ii. Rehabilitation of Rukonjo Road

iii. Provision of road sweeping services

iv. Completion of operating theatre at Kamukira Health centre IV

Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the open national bidding procedures contained in the Local Governments (public procurement and disposal of public assets) Regulations 2006 and it is open to all eligible bidders

NOTE
1. Interested bidders may obtain further Information from Kabale Municipal council Procurement and Disposal unit and inspect the bid documents from 9:00 am to 5:00 P.M during working hours from Monday to Friday.

2. A complete set of bid documents in English may be purchased by bidders upon payment of a non refundable fee of Uganda shillings 50,000

3. The method of payment will be through bank on General Fund Account No 0140069005402 Stanbic Bank Kabale Branch and obtain a general receipt which shall be attached to the bidding document.

4. The bids shall be submitted in properly sealed envelopes and addressed to the Secretary Kabale Municipal council Contracts committee and clearly marked “Tender For ………..”

5. The closing date for bid submission shall be 22nd February 2012 at 11:00 A.M .Late Bids shall be rejected. All bids will be opened on 22nd February 2012 in the Council Hall at 11:30am in the presence of the bidders or representatives who choose to attend.
