Business operators on Thursday joined by Mubeje Enterprises, a company managing parking cars in the city, filled potholes on Ben Kiwanuka Street. “We made complaints to Kampala City Council to have these potholes filled before growing deeper and bigger in vain,” said Takalirya Mayanja, the area LCI boss.
