Kabagambe signs new deal
- Joseph Kabagambe has signed a two-year deal with Sudan’s premier club Al-Nil Hasahesa after quitting Rwanda’s SC Kiyovu.
Kabagambe was with Kiyovu for the last twelve months having moved from CECAFA club champions Attraco.
The player quit Attraco after falling out with the club’s top officials.
“We have reached a deal with Al-Nil and Kabagambe will join them on a two-year deal, his ITC has been sent,” a Kiyovu official said.

Uhuru forms parallel body
- Kampala businessman Salim Uhuru has brought on board football administrators Kavuma Kabenge and John Mutenda to help him run the newly formed Uganda Boxing Union. Uhuru’s move follows a failed bid to challenge Celestino Mindra for the Uganda Professional Boxing Commission (UPBC) presidency last year.Uhuru named Express SC director Kabenge as the union lawyer and KCC life member John Mutenda as the patron.
