Sh50,000 note is cumbersome

EDITOR—Banks should not issue the sh50,000 notes to people withdrawing less than sh2m. It has become cumbersome looking for change when transacting with this note. When issuing this note, Bank of Uganda said it was to be used for monies being carried in bulk. Today, the note is being issued indiscriminately, causing inconveniences.
