KAMPALA - THE case against Kyadondo South MP Issa Kikungwe flopped yesterday as the Grade One Magistrate, Immaculate Busingye, was away.
Kikungwe was charged with promoting sectarianism against non-Baganda in statements he allegedly uttered at Lweza Catholic church during the riots in September last year.
Hillary Kiwanuka, the magistrate’s clerk, explained that the magistrate was attending a justice, law and order sector workshop in Makindye Division and had adjourned the case to April 20.
