TODAY’S explosive league engagement between Nalubaale and Police will be influenced by two left-footed midfielders.

While hosts Nalubaale will look to the magic left-foot of Sula Matovu for added ammunition, the Cops’ fortunes will largely depend on whether Joram Katende can replicate his recent industrious performances for the former league winners.

Both Nalubaale and Police march into this Nakivubo game riding high in confidence, following Kakungulu Cup wins over SC Villa (2-0) and Angenoir (4-0) respectively last weekend.

However of the two results, it was Nalubaale’s landmark victory over giants Villa that rocked domestic football.

“With the exception of suspended Apollo Razak, we should have the same team.

"We are getting better and better and we’ll prove that the Villa result was not a one-off,” Nalubaale head coach Mujib Kasule stated.
