Why wake up all of a sudden and send students off to look for sh100,000? My son has informed me that if they don’t pay that money, they will not be supervised and therefore will not do the research paper and graduate.

Are these new universities regulated by the Ministry of Education and the National Council for Higher Education? I have tried to talk to the dean of students but he has refused to answer his call since April 8. We need a satisfactory explanation why we should pay that extra money.
