<b>Bishop needed</b><br>FORT PORTAL-Rwenzori Diocese is looking for a new bishop, two months after Patrick Kyaligonza died in an accident on the Fort Portal-Kyenjojo road. The diocesan secretary, the Rev. Patrick Karuhanga, said a 15-member committee has been named to carry out the search.

Rotarians plant
