People should be educated about the power of a vote. Many people say they cannot part with their votes unless they receive something in return. Are these people aware that they are selling their rights and promoting corruption? During political rallies, they caress their throats — implying they need to be given water first, so they can pay attention.

Help Kamwenge youth
Many youth in Kamwenge district are unemployed, poor and illiterate, but their leaders have not helped them develop. Some of their leaders have given them footballs, but will this create employment, or end poverty? Kamwenge leaders should identify the youth’s problems and address them.

Change thought pattern
People who believe in slogans like “Rome was not built in one day” have a a bright future. If Ugandans focussed on getting knowledge, the country would develop faster.
