Jamal for London show
He is definitely riding high. After a successful album launch in April this year and his first solo unplugged show at Club Silk last week, singer Jamal is headed for bigger things. The lanky Ononsonyiwa singer who started out as a karaoke singer at Sabrina’s Pub on Bombo Road a couple of years back, will join the Eagles Production band and singer Charles Ssekyewa for a six show tour in London, at Club 19, Upton Lane Forest Gate. London-based promoter Sengo is the organiser of the show.

Tinyefuza gives Azion sh2m
How many people in Uganda can buy a music CD for sh2m? Well, Gen. David Tinyefuza, did it last week at Aziz Azion’s ‘Nafunye Wampisa’ album launch at Kati Kati restaurant, he sent a gentleman only identified as Saava to deliver a sh2m cheque for a copy of Azion’s CD. Saava said the General loved Azion’s music and listens to it whenever he gets a chance, but, was too busy with state duties to attend the launch. Hmmm
