<b>UYSA bags three, two to go</b> <br>SOCCER - The Uganda Youth Soccer Academy (UYSA) won their third straight trophy on the European tour when they beat Danish side Skive FC 1-0 to lift the Vildbjerg Cup yesterday.

SOCCER - The Uganda Youth Soccer Academy (UYSA) won their third straight trophy on the European tour when they beat Danish side Skive FC 1-0 to lift the Vildbjerg Cup yesterday. Samson Jakech scored the lone goal UYSA U-14 side defended the trophy they won last year. The team will travel to Sweden to play in the Forward Cup (August 5-8) before flying to Belgium to defend Hotsports Football Festival they also won last year.

SOCCER - Henry Kisekka struck once in each half as Mpologoma beat a hard fighting Mbogo 2-1 in the second round of the Bika soccer tournament at Nakivubo. Kisekka, Cranes’ Steven Bengo and Kizito Lwanga of Bunamwaya gave the Mbogo defence a very a hard time.

SOCCER - Visiting Mbiringi FC from Mbarara was on Sunday humbled 2-0 by DR Congo’s Semuliki SC in Batsotsi Studium, Kasindi District in DR Congo. Mbiringi’s 2010 unbeaten run came to an end in the international friendly when Kasongo Nenato and Mozelle Tresor goals for Semuliki in either half got no reply from Mbiringi. Mbiringi hosts Nyamityobora FC on Sunday.
