Back at the Elizondo ranch, Franco is surprised to learn that Jimena is now engaged to Leandro. Sofia finds Juan in the changing room and kisses him. Later she is in her room thinking about the kiss when Fernando walks in. He kisses her and she pretends that she is kissing Juan. She also confides in Eva that she thought the rape had turned her off men forever but one man, Juan, makes her feel different.

Berenice fires Manuel from the company for defending Soledad. Lupe gets upset with Manuel for not telling her that Angeles is Anna. China and Carmen plan to trick Diego by faking a pregnancy. China tells Diego she is pregnant from the one night they spent together. Anna overhears the conversation and she is furious. Diego runs after her to explain himself but she says she is done with him. When Juan hears that China is pregnant he tries to commit suicide. Diego later finds out that China and his mother are lying about the pregnancy. China apologises and says she is willing to let him go if he forgives her for lying.

Raj and Maya meet at the festival but don’t talk. He tells his brother that he felt sad seeing Maya because she is coming to him when he has no love for her. He still loves Duda. Duda finds out that she is pregnant with Raj’s baby. She decides to abort. She is devastated because she remembers how she and Raj used to talk about having children. Maya gets a letter from Bahuan. She opens it and she wants to tell him that they have moved up her wedding and he should return for her. She writes to him, but will he come? Bahuan’s father is sad that his son sought power over the woman he loves.
