COURT will today deliver its ruling in a case against the three senior Police officers who were arrested in connection with an incident where officers fired live ammunition during a BAT workers’ strike, killing two and injuring one in Hoima district more than a fortnight ago.

COURT will today deliver its ruling in a case against the three senior Police officers who were arrested in connection with an incident where officers fired live ammunition during a BAT workers’ strike, killing two and injuring one in Hoima district more than a fortnight ago.

The district Police commander, Augustine Kasangaki, the officer in charge of Hoima Central Police Station, Romeo Ojara, and the head of operations, Luke Mbusa, are accused of negligence of duty, cowardice and irregular conduct.
