Mohammed Mayanja, the in-charge of resident district commissioners, challenged students, who are members of the patriotic clubs in secondary schools in the Acholi sub-region, to acquire the skills required to transform Uganda from an agricultural to industrial nation.
Mayanja was addressing over 1,000 students and teachers during a patriotism convention at Gulu High School on Sunday.
The students were drawn from the secondary schools in the Acholi sub-region.
