I am anxiously waiting to see who Uganda’s next President will be. I am looking forward to a candidate who can explain how they are going to deal with the following

I am anxiously waiting to see who Uganda’s next President will be. I am looking forward to a candidate who can explain how they are going to deal with the following:
Promote a single national vision shared with all Ugandans.
Healthcare for all at affordable prices through a well thoughtout healthcare scheme/fund.
Promote Uganda from the current low to a medium income country.
Promote nationalism in Uganda rather citizenship
Transform Uganda from a consumption to a production and savings driven economy.
Deal with the high level of unemployment
Willing to provide stimulus packages to small and medium enterprises that are employing various Ugandans without direct Government support.
Promote a healthy Uganda and not a centre of disease control.
Education and not access to schools through improvement to the existing UPE, USE and promote vocational training and new concepts such as sports academies which will absorb a number of youths,
Retirement and pension benefits and not condemnation of the elderly
Infrastructure development,
Infrastructure development for health, education, production and improving the existing ones
Poverty reduction schemes that empower rural folk and not programmes to enrich MPs plus and a few Government officials
Stick to issues during the campaigns rather than diversionary tricks
Resolve the cultural leaders issue once and for all
Rehabilitate Kampala city of Africa.
