THE technical crisis at SC Villa is likely to end following the arrival of Serbian coach Zivojnov Srdjan yesterday.

Zivojnov, a former coach of Tanzanian giants Yang is set to replace Sula Kato who threw in the towel at Villa Park last month.

The Serbian who was received by SC Villa fans cordinator dennis Mbidde at Entebbe Airport yesterday has promised to groom a winning outfit if given the opportunity.

“I know what to do. I have been following Ugandan football. I only need time. I do not need pressure for the league title at first,” the Serbian said on arrival.

“I need time to build a winning team. I have already informed the president (Fred Muwema) about this,” added the former Serbiab professional player.

“I like working with young players because they can listen and learn very first,” observed further yesterday.

If he signs a contract at Villa later this week, Srdjan will become the second Serbian to coach SC Villa after Micho Sredovic who guided Villa to three league titles in four years.

Srdjan, who guided Yanga to victory in the Tanzanian league in 2008 and 2009, is due to start negotiations with the club executive today.
