CHILD Restoration Outreach (CRO), a non-governmental organisation rehabilitating street children has donated posho, soya millet, beans, sugar, and a blanket to a woman who fled Gulu after the Lord’s Resistance Army rebels killed her husband.

Esther Angom said her husband, John Bosco Oriem, was abducted and killed by the rebels in October.

She said she had fled to Kakira in Jinja to stay with her sister whom she found had moved to an unknown place.

She said Lubaga Catholic Parish was paying rent for the room she is living in.

She appealed for assistance from the Rotary Club of Jinja.
