KAMPALA — The Reform Agenda yesterday said the People’s Redemption Army rebel group was an excuse created by the government to justify its military spending.
KAMPALA — The Reform Agenda yesterday said the People’s Redemption Army rebel group was an excuse created by the government to justify its military spending. In a press conference yesterday the members accused the New Vision of linking them with Joseph Kony’s LRA rebels.
