KAMPALA – Two employees of UTL have been accused of defrauding the company of over sh33m in cash collections. Abigail Minziilo Mubangizi, an accountant, is charged with embezzling and causing financial loss, while Addy Mpamizo, an auditor, is charged with passing false audit statements.
