KAMPALA — The Government has rejected proposals by members of parliament to raise the maximum age for youth from 30 to 35 years.
KAMPALA — The Government has rejected proposals by members of parliament to raise the maximum age for youth from 30 to 35 years. Youth state minister Dr. Alex Kamugisha told Parliament yesterday that when a person reaches the age of 30 years, he should cease to be a youth. This was during the debate on the National Youth Council Statute (Amendment) Bill of 2002.
