The Uganda Young Movementists (UYM) have accused multiparty politicians of frustrating government development programmes.
Joseph Ssewava, the Makindye UYM chairman, was recently speaking at the launch of a mobilisation education programme at the body’s offices in Makindye. The programme aims at supporting UPE.
“They are against everything the Government comes up with. They always ensure that people at the grassroots do not benefit,†he said. He cited the entandikwa scheme, saying some leaders did not support it. Ends
