JINJA — A 35-year-old woman was recently charged with stealing a bundle of fresh beans worth sh1,000. Margaret Namaganda was caught red-handed while uprooting the beans. She appeared before Grade One Magistrate Patrick Mbangire. Prosecutor Doreen Aya said Namaganda committed the offence on June 6 at Ivunamba village, Budondo sub-county. She was remanded in Kirinya prison until June 12 when the case comes for mention. Ends
