Mulindwa was murdered last August at his home in Bukoto. Edward Nsenga, 38, also of Bukoto, was not allowed to enter a plea because the court lacked jurisdiction to try the case. The prosecution alleged that Nsenga, and others still at large, also stole Mulindwa’s car, mobile phone and money.
