JET fuel supplies are back to normal at Entebbe International Airport following a new shipment of Jet A-1 fuel and LPG (cooking gas) into the country.

“We are okay now. Our operations have returned to usual,” Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) spokesman, Igni Igunduura, said last week.

Shell Uganda communications manager, Fred Masadde Kabuye, said they had received new supplies now already on the market.

“There are also another two trucks enroute (to Kampala). We therefore expect that by Monday, the situation will return to normal,” he said.
