Toro kingdom palace minister has refuted reports that cement donated for the construction of the King Oyo Children’s Hospital has gone missing.

Mesheck Kawamara told a press conference on Tuesday that though he did not know where the cement was, he was sure the premier knew where it was, in physical form or otherwise. The cement was donated by Kasese Hima Cement Factory.
