There was drama at Vice-President’s Gilbert Bukenya’s party last Friday at Speke Resort Munyonyo.
Word has it that minister, XXXXX who was dropped from cabinet a few years back but has since been pardoned and reinstated, sat down with a group of cronies and went on a binge. The minister got so blazed that when he left at 2:30pm, he could hardly walk.
His bodyguards were then summoned to the Stables Restaurant where the minister was and literally carried him to his car!
