SIR— I wish to appeal to UEDCL to be organised over new connections. I got two lines from them about two years ago.
I paid for the meters but only got them after about a year-and-a-half after a lot of hassle. All this time, I was being billed with estimates and being forced to pay. It’s now six months since I got the meters but I still get estimates.
