KAMPALA – the state minister for parliamentary affairs, Hope Mwesigye, has advised Civil Society Organisations to avoid any influence from government or individuals. This was in her speech read by Rukungiri District woman MP Winnie Matsiko at the launch of a book about the global economy at Hotel Equatoria on Tuesday.

KAWEMPE – Nakawa RDC Samuel Mpimbaza has hailed Kawempe division women councillors for forming a forum to monitor government- funded programmes. He made the remarks during an inspection tour of development projects in Kawempe division recently.
