DAY two of the Nile Special Super League players transfer had little activity save for a big move by wounded SC Villa.

Villa, who played second fiddle on day one to KCC and Express, hit back hard by signing the most exciting player at Lugogo, Nathan Mutenza.

The 21 year old picked and returned forms in the company of a jubilant Edward Luyimbazi, who finally had cause to smile, having lost out to Police’s Geoffrey Sserunkuma, Tonny Mawejje and Sam Mubiru on Wednesday.

“Am happy to have secured him and I can safely say the exercise is so far so good for us. We will be going in for more,” he said.

Simba SC’s longest serving player David Kalungi also picked and returned forms showing he was going to URA.

The players transfer exercise that is supervised by Sulaiman Zziwa, will conclude on October 1.

NFLC will confirm the moves on October 3.
