A body to review the Uganda Chess Federation (UCF) constitution will soon be put in place. New UCF chairman Enock Barumba disclosed on Saturday after the first executive meeting.
Four committees were later formed to run UCF activities. “We have to sort out a few things,†Barumba, who took over from Daniel Nsibambi two weeks ago, said.
Development, finance, technical and publicity committees were unveiled.
