THE State minister of ethics and integrity, Tim Lwanga, has said people should pray hard if corruption is to be stamped out of Uganda, reports Fred Ouma.
Lwanga said time was ripe for a holistic approach against the vice and prayer was one of the ways of overcoming graft.
“I am glad that I am not only a Christian but also born again. In the ministry we will do all we can to ensure that corruption is stamped out from this country,†Lwanga said at the opening of the United Bible Society meeting in Entebbe recently.
