THE King of Bunyoro-Kitara Kingdom Solomon Gafabusa Iguru has lashed out at Government for deploying security agents to investigate him over claims that he is creating anti-government sentiments among his subjects in the Kingdom.
“It is high time Government understood the power of positive criticism. As a king I have the right to defend my people and show them who is responsible for their suffering.
“No body doesn’t know the government has little respect for this kingdom compared with other kingdoms.â€
He was on Christmas day addressing hundreds of Christians at St. Mathews Church in Masindi.
Iguru also blasted MPs from Bunyoro region for fearing to present issues affecting their people in the name of remaining loyal to the Government.
