NOTHING lasts like a mother’s love. Perhaps Unilever products rival a mother’s love. Maybe Vision Voice Radio rivals both. A combination of the three exhibits eternal love. Mother’s love, Geisha and Vision Voice, Uganda’s best radio station, poured out motherly hugs, kisses and love to 25 lucky young people who participated and excelled at a recent Mother’s Day promotion.

The promotion involved people calling in to Vision Voice radio and sending beautiful, thankful messages to their mothers for the love and good upbringing.

25 callers with the best messages were selected and invited to the New Vision offices this week to receive their gift packs.

The gift packs included an assortment of Unilever products like Geisha soap, Royco Mucuzi Mix, Blue Band, Fair and Lovely, Omo, Close Up and toothpaste.

The presents were handed over by George Inholo, Unilever Uganda Limited’s country manager and Emmy Hashaka, the company’s Country customer marketing officer.

“We have been running this programme for some time and we are happy to work with Vision Voice to recognise these young people today,” Inholo said.

“She is everything. She means the world to us,” Andrew and Ridge Daka, two of the winners said of their mother. “We are so happy for this.”
