Priest accused of land grabbing
NTUNGAMO-The magistrate’s court has fixed June 11 as hearing of a case in which a reverend is accused by his siblings of grabbing land. The Rt. Rev. Can. Charles Kapson of the Rugarama Archdeaconry is accused by David Rubareema and Nelson Muhairwe of grabbing their land after the death of their father, George W. Kappa. The siblings also accuse Kapson of removing boundary marks from the land and want him to pay the costs of the suit.
