Looks like all is not well in Soroti District Woman MP Alice Alaso’s household. Remember the drama that preceeded her controversial wedding to Johnson Ebaju in 2007? Christine Ikiria, Ebaju’s estranged wife, who still held claim to her man attempted, albeit unsuccessfully, to block the wedding of the two.
Alaso, also the General Secretary of FDC, subsequently flew out for honeymoon in South Africa and as we speak, is a mother to Ebaju’s daughter.
The past however, seems to have caught up with them again. The latest we have heard is that Ikiria has dragged dear hubby to Nakawa Court seeking legal redress over the property she had with him before the breakup and wants the sh4m that court directed Ebaju to pay her as costs.
She also complained that Alaso does not know how to take care of children as a mother. She accused her of mistreating her children. The Nakawa magistrate adjourned the case and requested the two to settle the matter out of court to avoid public disgrace and attain domestic peace.
