TERRINES are condusive for picnics and a good choice for a starter irrepective of the nature of the meal.

It is also wise to serve it cold
Ingredients
Chicken breast - 400g
Whipping cream - 3 tablespoons
Yogurt - 3 tablespoons
Carrot sliced - 1 piece
French beans chopped - 5 pieces
Onion chopped - 1
Aromat
Salt
Procedure
Debone the chicken
Put the fillet in a blender,
Add whipping cream, French beans, carrots and onions
Add yoghurt and salt to taste
Blend to fine
Roll in a sausage form, wrap in foil paper and steam for 30 minutes
Chill in a refrigerator for 10 minutes and then freeze
Slice in form of pancakes, garnish with roast vegetables and lettuce
Serve with a smoothie or a hot drink.
