- The ministry of Education and Sports and the Africa Regional Anti- doping Agency have joined organised a four-day workshop started at Mandela National stadium in Namboole today. According to the commissioner for sports Dan Tamwesigire, the will focus on the Anti-doping project the ministry of education is planning to set up in the country in collaboration with the world Anti-doping Agency. The workshop ends on Thursday.

FUFA has called off earlier plans to start residential training for the U-20 women’s soccer team because of financial difficulties.
