No logic in match-fixing theory!

I am surprised that an article like the one Dennis Ojwe wrote about the South Africa-Zambia Nations cup result could be published! Any editor would note that it would make no sense for South Africa to risk their qualification to the Nations cup just to ensure Uganda does not make it to the finals.

South Africa must hate Uganda very very much (but for what reason?) for them to risk suicide. There does not seem to be any logic over the match-fixing theory.

By losing, South Africa were not assured of a runners-up slot. They were just opening themselves to the lottery of runners-up participants.

To say David Obua was prevented from featuring for Uganda by Kaizer Chiefs to ensure Uganda’s disqualification is stretching the imagination just too far.
