GULU - The district will introduce tough measures against headteachers and teachers, who do not teach during the first week of the term, Nobert Mao the district chairman, has said.
“We shall not tolerate incidences where pupils go to school to play at the beginning of the term. Such practices lead to poor performance,†Mao said during a talkshow on Gulu-based Mega FM, recently.
