- A total of 835 local goats and 36 exotic ones have been distributed to people with disabilities (PWD) to boost their income. The goats were distributed through the Community-based Rehabilitation Programme, a strategy for equal opportunity and social rehabilitation for the PWDs. Speaking at the handover recently, the community development officer for the elderly and disabled, Moses Moiza, said the programme would improve the quality of the local goats.
