Seed two Michael Kawooya easily beat Junior Musisi 9-0 9-2 9-1 in 20 minutes in the second round of the Nile Gold squash Open and now awaits the winner of the game between Richard Tinka and Tim Kaserenge.

Seed two Michael Kawooya easily beat Junior Musisi 9-0 9-2 9-1 in 20 minutes in the second round of the Nile Gold squash Open and now awaits the winner of the game between Richard Tinka and Tim Kaserenge.

Unseeded Samuel Kyagulanyi started his campaign at Kampala Club in emphatic fashion brushing off Makerere University student Martin Enyu in the first round.
Kyagulanyi was a 9-0 9-0 9-0 winner over his opponent as he moved into the next round while Enyu will console himself in the plate event.

Musa Matovu also made easy work of Kaliisa Katongole at the same stage beating him in straight sets 9-2 9-2 9-2
Nile Breweries has sunk sh10m into the annual event that has attracted 72 players with 64 men in the main draw and eight women in the ladies draw.

Kate Kabenge is the women top seed after Edith Wamalwa withdrew with a knee injury.
