<b>Soldier re-arrested</b><br>GULU-The army has re-arrested a soldier, Richard Komakech Kisembo, who escaped from the UPDF division headquarters in Gulu where he was being tried in the court martial over murder.

GULU-The army has re-arrested a soldier, Richard Komakech Kisembo, who escaped from the UPDF division headquarters in Gulu where he was being tried in the court martial over murder. UPDF northern region spokesman Capt. Ronald Kakurungu said Kisembo was re-arrested in Hoima and taken to Gulu barracks. Kakurungu said Komakech and John Bosco Achaba, a civilian, were charged with the murder of Charles Omona, a businessman of Pabo trading centre on January 15.

Cecilia Ogwal warns SACCOs
DOKOLO-District woman MP Cecilia Ogwal has warned Savings and Credit Cooperative Societies against favouring relatives and friends when giving out loans. Ogwal said many SACCOS were failing because they give loans without considering the ability of the borrowers to pay back. She was on Tuesday launching the Dokolo Development SACCO, to which she contributed sh1m.
