There is no UBC in Lira and Gulu

EDITOR—For months now, people in Lira and Gulu have not enjoyed any service from UBC TV. There is no signal and no communication and we wonder what is happening at UBC.
EDITOR—For months now, people in Lira and Gulu have not enjoyed any service from UBC TV. There is no signal and no communication and we wonder what is happening at UBC.
Many people in northern Uganda also now own television sets and would like to know what is going on in the world.
We know that the Government communicates primarily through UBC and and I believe every Ugandan is entitled to this information. This is unfair to the region since UBC is a national television.
