THE nag, Tanzania’s Elizabeth, is finally out, what a good riddance! I badly gunned for Nkenna’s eviction, for she is one of three Nigerians still in the running for the jackpot, yet other countries have one.

But the closer we got to the Sunday eviction show, the more I wanted to change my mind. The unstable Elizabeth kept nagging me with her view of herself as invincible.

Did it not occur to her that the only reason the cameras focused on her was because Nigeria’s Kevin was always begging for a romance with her? My patience snapped when during the eviction show, she confronted Edward for using his head-of-house powers to put her on the evictees’ list.

I liked Edward’s curt response. “You led to the eviction of my twin brother, period, so don’t even make noise about it,” he assured her. That was before show host IK read out her name as the 17th evictee from the M-Net reality show.

She hadn’t seen it coming. Even after finding out Edward had put her up, she hadn’t bothered to dress up knowing she would survive. It’s why she didn’t wear her Indian outfit, which she had earlier promised to wear if she knew she would leave.

Then as IK interviewed her, she tried to make it appear like it was okay to be evicted, but instead lost it, screaming and making a total fool of herself. She hit rock-bottom when they played her moments in the house. “Look at that girl, I am beautiful, I am made for TV,” she screamed as fans at the live show in South Africa looked on dumbfounded. Meanwhile, Kevin, who had a crash on her, shed crocodile tears upon her eviction, probably to fool us that he really felt for her. But I couldn’t be fooled.

I know he has a thing for Angola’s Emma. In fact, he pretended to cry the more whenever Emma embraced him to comfort him. Seems he wanted her to stay around so he continues feeling her, don’t you think?
