Do something about MUK dons

EDITOR—It is very unfortunate to see the Government turn a deaf ear as Makerere University officials mess up with the funds paid by private students. I do not know whether the Minister of Education, Namirembe Bitamazire, is aware of the chaos at Makerere.
EDITOR—It is very unfortunate to see the Government turn a deaf ear as Makerere University officials mess up with the funds paid by private students. I do not know whether the Minister of Education, Namirembe Bitamazire, is aware of the chaos at Makerere.
Currently, the university academic staff is on a sit-down strike, claiming they lack teaching materials. We go through a lot of pain to raise tuition fees only to reach campus and find no lecturers simply because the administration failed to carry out its duties.
Honourable Minister, what do you want us to do in order to get value for our money?
