JINJA-If leaders show exemplary conduct, the war against corruption would be easier, the permanent secretary in the Ethics and integrity ministry, Alex Okello, has advised. “As leaders we can influence the behaviour of so many people.” He was opening a consultative meeting on the establishment of a district integrity promotion forum with leaders from the eastern region at Zamo Hotel in Jinja on Tuesday.
