Dosdorius Kamara was presenting a paper on strategies for environmental protection during the Afro-Arab conference at Speke Resort Munyonyo on Friday. “We came up with an East African protocol on environment and natural resources in 2005 but up to now, no single east African country has ratified it,†he noted. He added that this would affect donor funding of environment prgrammes.
